  • Basic knowledge of computer operating system, and related technical terminology

  • Act as the single point of contact to customer for all types of service requests
  • Coordinate with IT support group to ensure maximum utilization of resources
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests

  • Purchase case, power supply, HDD & electrical components, computer and server parts
  • Contact factories and vendors overseas
  • Locate & evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and pricing
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
      Cost Analyst (Santa Clara)
  • Monitor sourcing, logistics, and transportation cost structures for each product line
  • Calculate cost loss based on returned product, and shortage/overage rate
  • Monitor commodity market pricing and product availability 
  • Generate monthly price comparisons based on seasonality and sales movement for all products
  • Maintain company's ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and internal cost control processes

  • Expand the wholesale division
  • Find new customers and markets
  • Coordinate marketing and product promotions
  • Communicate with purchasers and management team
  • Good sales ability and can cold call
  • At least 1 year experience in wholesale
  • Importing and distributing experience is a plus
  • Computer knowledge preferred
      Bookkeeper (Full Time, Santa Clara)
  • Handle Accounting work at a branch, A/R and A/P
  • Good Accounting concept, Associate's Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year working experience in data entry or clerical tasks
  • Detail oriented in maintaining records and filing system
  • Bilingual Preferred: English and Mandarin
