  • Basic knowledge of computer operating system, and related technical terminology

  • Act as the single point of contact to customer for all types of service requests
  • Coordinate with IT support group to ensure maximum utilization of resources
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests
      IT Service Tech Support (San Francisco & Santa Clara)
  • Minimum 3 years IT & networking experience
  • Hardware & software, server configurations and security solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lead and train on-site technical group

  • Provide internal support to our 6 retail locations 
  • Experience in the IT/networking field
  • Knowledge of database (SQL)
